Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. 

In order to start the return process, all returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. 

Conditions for Returns

  In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• The goods are in the wrong size 
• The goods received are the wrong item(s) purchased.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
